Lawain McNeil is Chief Marketing Officer and founder of Efficient Advisors. He oversees advisor training and development. As former Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing for one of the largest independent registered investment advisory firms in the United States, Lawain brings a vast amount of experience in advisor training, education and marketing. He has consulted and coached many financial advisors on how to shift from a commission based practice to a fee only fiduciary practice. Lawain has assisted advisors in capturing over $1 billion dollars in assets under management.

Gerrit A. Fedele is President of Efficient Advisors. He brings over 15 years of financial services experience to Efficient that ranges from business development, to operations, to technology and to client relationship management. Gerrit is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm.

Gerrit graduated cum laude from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, and received a Masters degree in Information Systems from Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, Georgia.

Richard P. Shappell, CPA, is Chief Financial Officer of Efficient Advisors. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. Richard also serves as Chief Financial Officer over PCSD Distributors, LLC and Chief Financial Officer to Dilworth Paxson, LLP, a 75-year-old Philadelphia-based law firm.
